This Package is Designed to take the Stress out of Finding your Perfect Ceremony Location, Booking & Making sure Everything on your Wedding Day runs without a Hitch.

• Searching 1 (one) Suburb (ex: Mooloolaba - Beach, Hills & Parks)
• Booking in Council Permit (at your own expense)
• Taking Photos of your Ceremony Location and Surroundings
• Emailing or Posting All Photos with a Brief Description of each Location
• Décor Consultation & Help with Ceremony Design
• Regular & Unlimited Communication Regarding Ceremony Enquiries, Via Email or Phone
• Booking in your Marriage Celebrant

Attend Ceremony Day

Includes:
• Greeting Guests on Arrival at Ceremony, Handing out any Bubbles, Rose Petals
• Making sure the Groom & Groomsman are in Place and not too Nervous
• Advising Celebrant of any Last Minute Changes or Updates
• Helping your Videographer & Photographer get the Best Positions for Filming and Photos
• Making sure your Ceremony runs Smoothly and Without any Hiccups
• Music is Played on Time while Guests Arrive, Your Isle Song Played and Calm Music playing while Guests are Leaving for your Reception
• Help with Arranging Family Members & Friends when required for Wedding Photos

Reception Package

There is nothing worse than not being able to Find, Contact or Reach your Choices of Reception Venues. To find out Wedding Date Availability, Menu Packages, Seating Arrangements & How many can Seat Comfortably for Meals, your Sound Restrictions for Musicians and to Take Photos of the View from your Reception. Let my Experience and Knowledge help you to Find, Arrange & Book all that is required for your Wedding Reception.

• Making sure all Guests are Seated at Correct Tables
• Musicians are set up and ready to Play & Entertain
• Making sure your musician is aware & knows what songs to play for your Waltz, Garter, Bouquet and Departure Songs
• Making sure your MC is Organised, with the Lists of Family and Friends who are making speeches
• Helping your Videographer & Photographer Capture those Special Moments
• Making sure your Reception runs Smoothly and Without any Hiccups

$40 per hour ( Minimum 2 hour Consultation )

Princess for a Day Package

This is the Deluxe, Full Co-ordinating Package. Designed to Help those Brides & Grooms who are just to Busy with Work and are on a Budget. Who are after the Perfect Sunshine Coast Wedding or Hinterland Wedding, with Breathtaking Views and Devine Food and Service.

Includes:

• All the Services listed on my Wedding Services Page ( if required ) and Ceremony &
Reception Packages
• Search & Find 1 (one) Ceremony Location
• Search & Find 1 (one) Reception Venue
• Attend 1 (one) Ceremony Rehearsal
• Attend 1 (one) Reception Rehearsal
• Make sure all Wedding Specialists are Booked and Secured
• All Deposits and Final Payments are made to All Suppliers by due dates
• Professional Advice on All areas of your Wedding
• Regular & Unlimited Communication Via Email and Phone
